The rain won....we got to the GA National Fair just in time to pay for admission, walk to the midway and BAM! The Rains Came Tumbling Down!! We tried to beat the odds, but spent our time just watching the lighting and figuring out when to run back to the car. They did give us a pass to come back (thank goodness). So we made a run for it, grabbed a bag of cotton candy on the way out, ran in all the puddles, and made it home in one piece. My kids were so disappointed!! Hopefully the rain will stop today so we can try again sometime this weekend.

We planned on going this past Monday.... but it rained. We then planned for Thurday....but it rained. We are going tomorrow. The weather prediction calls for no rain. Hopefully, their right. My kids have been disappointed too!
We were there tonight and it was SOOOO cold. So yall should DEFINITELY bundle up if yall attempt another go!
I thought about you Thursday since you told me you were going. Sorry you had a rough time. I'm sure you had fun when you went back! :D
I hope you get to go back. We're planning on going next year, all our kiddos should be old enough by then. Hmm, I forgot, you'll have a very little one by then! I'm thrilled for you!
