The 19th Showing Was A Charm...

Edit 2/14/08--It's offical--They signed the counter offer!! Yay! So after approximatley 19 or more showings at all times of the day...pulling Darren out of bed after he'd worked the night before...cleaning like a crazy lady...telling the kids to get out of my way mommy's getting ready for a showing...two horrible cancelations after you've worked your but off the get everything ready...painting Jack's blue room beige...pileing two preschooler's, a sleeping husband, and a hyper dog in the van to run and hide at my mom's for an hour everytime..........we FINALLY got an OFFER!!!!!!!

We are pretty happy with it, no make that exstatic! They want our fridge which we were planning on keeping but we said sure, take it....and they want our frog shower curtain, sure go ahead....I only asked for them not to take ALL my window curtains (which they wanted) so we are technically waiting to hear back if that was okay with them. If that my friend is a deal breaker then they can have the curtains....because I want out of the house :-) They want to close by the end of the month!

God works wonders when you put it all in his hands. And I had to with this. Can you believe we close on our new house this Friday and we got an offer two days before?!?! That is not luck....that is what we call His Plan!

Please just pray that everything will go smoothly with the apprasials and inspections and we will be on the home stretch!
